Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gottex purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original sanitary liners and tags in the original packaging, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
